Robert Dare one ask what the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis is? I'd have guessed it was to do with Klingon, not Hopi...

C. darn it, I've always been fond of the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis.


Manny Alas, it just doesn't seem to be true that Hopi lacks temporal constructions. He quotes an example to demonstrate the contrary.
