I'm still, however, fearful for those we haven't heard from in a while & I worry that although my fav have survived (sort of) so far...I hope their stories don't end with this book!

Why are villains always so yappy & full of their own self-importance...authors tend to lay it on a bit thick at times

Holy fight sequence Batman!
These just keep building - the power games keep shifting. It is giving me whiplash - I don't know in whose favour the balance is currently tipping but it's 21h50 on a "school" night and I've to be at the stable in the morning for 6h30 to tend to ponio before work.

2 of my faves branching out on a roadtrip...none of my roadtrip pairings so far have given me the bants I had hoped for - it's sadly no longer that kind of story!
