Loved this book. I've read it twice. The mini series with Richard Chamberlain was good too.

😊 I read this in 1978 when carrying my first child.. then the tv series came on and my husband loved Meggie... out third daughter is named Megan. Great book!

My daughter is named Megan too! And not after the book ...lol. Thanks Karen. Not sure if I can get a hold of the series but would love to watch it after I read it.

Yes. do see it if your able too..I think there were lots of Megan’s names after this character even though it’s spelled different😅 my Megan was born in �85
