I don't like Ena at all - she has a lot of gall to just drop Andrea without explanation because she is 'interested' in A's uncle. E presumes to know more about Ramón than A does, and A allows her superior attitude for now. But seeing A from Ena's perspective is a useful addition to our understanding of A. Many narratives focusing on first person have this restriction - I noted it in Frame's 'Faces in the Water'.
