Yep, it's my first time around, hard as it is to believe. :P And I have yet to hear a negative opinion about this series, and I'm glad to see that I'm really enjoying this book as well!

@Sarah: I know what you mean! I always make it a point to check out books that even people who aren't regular readers enjoyed, because they usually turn out to be really epic. And I'm looking forward to the movie! Hope I can finish this series by then.

Dija-You will definitely have the books read by then because the movie isn't released here until March 2012. So most likely later for you. I just adored Katniss, Peeta, Haymitch and Cena. Glad you enjoyed it. ;-)

Whoa, amazing website! I especially love how the mockingjay pattern is formed! I like Hemsworth for Gale, but hate Hutcherson for Peeta. :/

He's growing on me!!! I think he'll do Peeta well. Dija didn't I say on a thread with you the other day that they already have the movie posters at the theater? It's awesome!!! I love Harrelson for Haymith, Kravitz for Cenna. Katniss looks like how I pictured her as well.

You know what's weird is I've always for some odd reason pictured Perta with darker hair, so I felt Josh Hutcherson with his original darker color (pre blonde died hair) was more of a match with the dark hair. I have no idea why I pictured him with dark hair. Lol. I think that Josh kid is really cute though and yes Gale is how I pictured him.:-)

Glad I'm not the only one; however I have no valid excuse for the hair mixup because I'm so fickle one day I have a dark hair preference and the next day it's for blondes LOL. I love my men bold, jealous and arrogant and then the next day I love them (like Peeta) intelligent, kind, calculating, chivalrous and self sacrificing. *swoon*Peeta.

I hate Hutcherson for Peeta because I watched like 5 movies of his straight, and I'm getting sick of his face, LOL. Also, I really don't imagine him as Peeta at all. He's just too plain-looking, at least IMHO. :/

Ditto! He should be way hotter than Gale, but that's so not the case with this particular selection of actors. In a bout of optimism, I looked up pictures of Hutcherson in hopes of finding one that would totally impress me, but I went through about 5+ pages of Google before I simply couldn't take it anymore. :/

Am I the only one that doesn't find Miley Cyrus's ex BF hot??!! lol. I really unfamiliar with the movie that's Josh Hutcherson has been in, ive never sen him before except when I saw him w dark hair I was like that's my Peeta. Except he's blonde for Peeta. I'm going to google him now.:))

He's her ex? How did I not know that? Probably because I avoid every single thing that has to do with her. XD But even if he is, I wouldn't call him "hot", exactly, but he does look a lot like I picture Gale.

Well yes I looked up Josh Hutcherson and he's really cute to me, but I can't possibly say he's hot because it's a bit pedophile-ish because I turn 31 years old tomorrow and the next day he turns 19 years old but he looks 16. LOL How can I possibly look at him and say he's hot??!! Lol he's a baby. A cute baby, but a young baby nonetheless haha!! ;))

He simply doesn't look anything like I imagined Peeta, and that's my main problem with him. Other than that, he's a pretty decent actor, so there's always the chance that he could actually act well as Peeta.
