I have a file on my computer for all the books I have started and never finished. Some of it I might bring back like a zombie� some of the work will stay dead.

When I first started writing, I wrote a book where the character was surprised to meet a man. There was a lot going on in that story and one of my friends asked me, why are women and men separated? That was the birth of the Ice Era�

The new year is here.

For the new year, I am working to be more active on my social media and mostly this blog. Normally, I get focused on posting and going on a few sites, and then my writing hits me. I slip into a world and create, and real life keeps going as I am in a fantasy.

Sometimes (like three months later) I lift my head and I look around to find out where I am. Over and over again I am shocked to discover�

A Christmas with Capi!

This year my daughter joined the Airforce and graduated Military Basic Training. For Christmas, she is coming home to visit us before she leaves for her duty station.

To say I am excited is an understatement. I am so pumped to see her. Since she has been gone, I have not been writing much. I am sad and sadness doesn’t inspire me to create. However, I am starting to think about writing a�

It is the holiday season and I find myself coming back to this book and re-reading it. I struggle with reading my older work because I have improved.

But even as I see the mistakes in this work, still, there was always something about this story I liked. I think it was the holiday for Sky’s Serum which is a little like a Christmas tale.

It’s my birthday today!!!

I am another year older and I sat down and wrote out all the books that I have finished.

I have written ten Ice Era Chronicles now and five Alien Love books and eight In The Mountains books.

Even though I have written all these stories, I still feel like I have done so little. Every year that passes, I worry about all the stories I have not gotten out of me. I always feel like I am running out�

So� I decided to put this little set of stories up on Kindle Vella. My plan is to release a chapter every week. I might do more� but we will see.

I started writing this set of stories because I was very inspired by the Southern accent. I loved the way all the words were slow and drawled out all easy over the tongue. I really like listening to the men with those deep voices and the way it’s like�
