Trakena Prevost was born and raised in the great state of Texas, where everything IS bigger and the people are very friendly. She spends most of her time oscillating between being completely obsessed with reading and watching Korean dramas, and writing down the fantastic tales rumbling around in her head. When not reading and writing, Trakena spends her time working in HR for a major medical system in Houston, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Trakena has always loved the many worlds she's found in books, where everything was possible. As a child, you would often catch her enjoying a good story in the comfort of the AC, instead of wilting in the Houston heat (she showed great intelligence...even then). Trakena Prevost Oh the dreaded writer's block. When I get into times where I can't seem to think through a novel or idea, I tend to focus on other endeavors. Those ar…m´Ç°ù±ðOh the dreaded writer's block. When I get into times where I can't seem to think through a novel or idea, I tend to focus on other endeavors. Those are the times that I read a lot, or watch Criminal Minds or Korean Dramas. I let my mind rest until something comes to me. Now, that can be tough because if it last a while it can be disheartening, but I don't like to force it if I can avoid to. Forcing it = crappy writing from me...lol!(less)

Most of the time these stories come from asking myself a simple question and just sitting around thinking about all of the crazy outcomes that could pan out.
