| I enjoyed the book. I found it believable. The fact that a non-verbal autistic girl muttered names on a list is possible, I suppose. I liked the characters. I found the ending very satisfying. | |

| I really do like this historical fiction and Inspector Ryga is a good character. This story does not disappoint. I love revisiting these characters from previous novels. Great one! | |

| While I loved the writing and the characters, there was a big jarring disconnect over how the girls were found. I could not suspend my disbelief for it. I did like the investigation after that. This truly was a bizarre case. | |
