As a new author who has self-published, I've been told that a great way to get reviews is through book bloggers. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.

As a self-published author it's incredibly hard to get noticed or for people to find your book. (Heck, it's hard for traditionally published authors!) And in many ways, there's a stigma toward self-publishing, that often is deserved. I don't think reviews by book bloggers will help as much as you're hoping for. I'd say, spend that time and energy writing the next book. Good luck :)

Hello, I really loved this book. I just finished it; it made me cry and I am not embarrassed to say that I actually hugged the book. As much as I selfishly want a sequel about how wonderful everything is now, you are right that it wouldn't add much to my imagination. :) I realize I'm not writing a question so much as gushing about how great this book is. Maybe we'll see Keiko's POV someday?

I read 'Corner' because of the Internment. I kept thinking, "When is he going to describe it in more detail?" I often share book thoughts with family, and I told them it was well written but missing what I expected to find. When I came to the author's note, it made things more clear. Tough question.. how can you refrain from bias? It's your right to be hurt and angry. Would you ever tell Keiko's perspective?
