Steven Dawson asked Tom Wood:

IMO you've created the most gnarly Protag, which is impressive bc he's essentially an anti-hero. Question is: I remember, in one of the earlier books, you gave us a glimpse into Victor's home, or rather chalet, in the mnts, which he was forced to flea bc someone found him. When are you going to give Victor a new badass home, full of toys & counter-measures? I always enjoy that. Seems like he's always on the run...

Tom Wood In the first book, he had a chalet in Switzerland, which we can assume had been his home for some time. Once he'd been tracked to it, it was compromised and he's been on the move ever since. In THE GAME, he had a cabin in Iceland, and whilst no similar property is mentioned, I think it's reasonable to assume he uses similar safe houses. I can't imagine him having another property like his Swiss chalet, however. Victor knows very well that even he can be found, and any length of time spent in one place is only going to make it easier for his enemies to find him. Although, now you have me thinking about what a second generation Victor home would be like, so perhaps I'll change my mind one day.
