I saw 'Animal abuse' in the content warning. Is it just one sentence or one page? Or, a complete paragraph, chapter or recurring theme that I would not be able to skip? No details please :) just trying to decide whether to read this one or not. It looks like a good book, but I can't bear to read about animal abuse. Thanks in advance to anyone with the answer.

Aj I had to quit the book because there are multiple instances of innocent animals dying (some of the other comments seem to be forgetting the dog poisonâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðI had to quit the book because there are multiple instances of innocent animals dying (some of the other comments seem to be forgetting the dog poisoned near the beginning of the book). That, with the horrible things that happen to the people, made me quit the book, and it takes a lot for me to quit a book.(less)
