Hey Brad...just started following you on here. Still trying to figure out this Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ thing. Anyway, I noticed you first book is free on Kindle (I took the liberty of downloading the ebook). I was wondering if it was free all the time, the way several Indie authors have suggested, and how do I go about making my very first ebook free all the time?

Brad Carl Hi Jason - first of all thank you for downloading Grey Areas. I hope you can find the time to read it. The book has been free on Amazon/Kindle since it was released in February of last year. I believe every eBook outlet online will let you price your eBook for free EXCEPT for Amazon, which is annoying. The way to get it to show up as free on Amazon is through "price matching." You have to make it free every where else and eventually Amazon will pick up on it and make it free there, too. Uploading it for free to GooglePlay should be the first place you go because I've heard it gets picked up faster by Amazon. That said, once your book is live on Amazon (probably at $.99) you should also use the Product Details section of your book's page to "tell (Amazon) about a lower price." Have your friends, family, and readers do it, too. In about 7-10 days, it'll flip to FREE and stay that way until you decide you want to change it. Hope that helps! Good luck and stay in touch!
