Premium Harmony: I was not a fan of what happened to Biznezz, and Ray was a dick
Batman and Robin Have an Altercation: ★★★★ Sanderson's dad is a Badass in this one
The Dune: ★★ Great one to speculate about.
Bad Little Kid: ★★★★ Honestly, I would do the same. I can't imagine coming out to my car and finding that, though.
A Death: ★★★★ E... but also genius.
The Bone Church: ★★★★ An interesting narrative poem, which isn't something you get often from King.
Morality: ★★ One of those stories with a lesson. I think King was sick of young children in many of this collection, hahaha
Afterlife: ★★ King must have felt a lot of hatred for this dude, hahaha.
Ur : ★★★★ I absolutely loved this one, and the historical fiction link to some other books in King's repertoire. One of my favorites in this entire collection. Brilliant!
Herman Wouk Is Still Alive Pretty depressing.
Under the Weather: ★★★★ Pretty gross, and easily decipherable, but still... I liked it.
Blockade Billy: ★★★★ Another one that I loved! That ending was GOOD!
Mister Yummy: ★★ A contemplation of death. Perhaps an ode to a nicer way of looking at gay men that have been portrayed in other novels.
Tommy: ★★ I love that there are poems in here from Playboy, hahah. It was interesting and strange.
The Little Green God of Agony: ★★★★ Lots of great thoughts about complacency and a creepy ending!
That Bus Is Another World: ★★ A great start, but felt unfinished.
Obits: ★★★★ Another spectacular one in this collection! You could speculate about this one forever!
Drunken Fireworks: ★★ I had already listened to this one before, and it was meh the first time, and I liked it a bit less the second time around.
Summer Thunder: ★★ Suuuuper hated the dog parts.
Of all of King's short story collection, this one had some stories I liked the least, but it also had some powerful standouts that made it well worth the read. Ur and Obits were my two favorites of the collection.

Author Kevin Grange does a phenomenal job utilizing his past experiences, thorough research, and first-hand accounts of others to create this well-written book.
If you are at all interested in Grizzlies, the narrative reads like fiction without needing any dose of embellishments to take you on this journey.

Astrid.... meh, I used to love her and Sam, but now I like other characters better.
Wondering what Little Pete is going to pull out in the next book.
I did like the sections on the outside, but they fell off after a bit without any real significance other than that things are planned that could be bad for everyone.

The first two stories were my favorite and solid 5 stars, but things got a bit muddled in the remaining stories with unclear endings and no real resolution.
The characters were much more vivid int he first half of the book.
It's still worth a read and it does a spectacular job exemplifying how getting out of your head and focusing on caring for something else can make a huge difference in your life and the interactions you have with others around you.

This is a series that I like enough to keep reading, but it's always missing something extra.

I do like the way things are developing, but a major death in this one was kind of out of left field, I am hoping there is a way for the besties to recover somehow.
I think the humor is overstated. I also think it's weird that in order to actually hike the trail you have to get car rides to different sections. Is I think the humor is overstated. I also think it's weird that in order to actually hike the trail you have to get car rides to different sections. Is this normal? This seemed like cheating, but I have never attempted, so I have no idea.
I'm going to assume that Bill and Katz aren't friends at all anymore, for him to write about him this way. Also, it seems weird to only put food in one person's pack for someone who has been on an extensive hike before.
I would say this is worth a read, but I don't think it is as spectacular as others seem to think. Maybe because I grew up in the mountains and hiking.
What I do love about this, is the interactions with others, and the camp sites and facilities, and I love the way that the book ends with the need for the locations with a shower and bed for a night or for some respite to keep going on the harrowing journey.
For all of the bear talk, I was kind of disappointed that this was such a focal point given what happened and seemed like a bit of a cheap ploy to suck in people who wanted to read about bears.

Thus prompts the story about a Christmas Eve rescue over 20 years earlier.
It was a great novella with the legend of Wyoming's Steamboat Stallion and a plane named after the same stallion.
Very enjoyable.
This is a great additional story that can be read at any point in the series, from this point or between any previous novel.
With the way that Iron Flame ended, this kind of started out in a way that didn't bring back that powerful revelation.
The emotions of the characters With the way that Iron Flame ended, this kind of started out in a way that didn't bring back that powerful revelation.
The emotions of the characters were less deep. Everything seemed to be muted.
The Irids were... brutal.
The parentals were detached.
This was definitely a lull book in the series.
There is still a lot to love in this world, and visiting the islands was a highlight. I feel like the pressure was too high and you just can't rush great things.
Many things start to come together and get you prepared for the fourth book. I would have rather waited for this one to be truly finished than what this ended up being.

My favorite part: The sparkly combat boots. Evil Amy.
There are several human relationships that Amy works on that were fine but also really don't add a lot to the overall story either.
The Order of Witches, was less defined, I wanted to see their power build from the 2nd book.
