us against you picks up shortly after the events of beartown and wow. beartown already amazed me but us against you tore my heart out even more than bus against you picks up shortly after the events of beartown and wow. beartown already amazed me but us against you tore my heart out even more than book one, put it back together, made me sob, made me smile and laugh, and completely blew my mind. us against you just somehow intensified the already there feels and emotions from book one and carried that love you have for these characters and just made it even more stronger.
i don’t think i will ever get over this book. this book deals with heavy topics that just make you scream or sob your heart out because your angry or sad or both! but it also mends your heart and mind and makes you smile and cry because you’re happy and want the best for these characters. when they hurt, you hurt. when they’re happy, you’re happy. fredrik once again creates a masterpiece of feelings and emotions surrounding the rivalry between 2 towns and what those who live in beartown go through. fredrik has an amazing way of having a cast of characters and deep diving into each of them. he writes such complex characters, it amazes me.
us against you just showed even more how the people of beartown will continue to grow, learn, and prosper with themselves and their community. this book had its moments were i was definitely crying and having to hide my tears in public� but wow. in the end, i am speechless yet could go on and on about this book. amazing....more

this YA mystery was incredible. it had me rooting for certain characters and stressing out! the action, the mystery, the suspense, and the mind blowing truths was insane! i had honestly not expected that outcome and was caught completely blindsided but amazed!
if you’re looking for a quick and fast paced YA mystery, i 100% recommend reading this one once it comes out.
