Okay, first off... congrats to Cambria on another hit! Text had me up all night guzzling coffee and using toothpicks to keep my eyes open. I couldn't put this book down, it was so good that I read it twice, back to back. One text can change your life. And for Nathan Reed and Honor Calhoun, it did. Nathan is the type of man every woman wants; strong, protective, and an attentive lover. Honor could be any one of us writers. We are all her in some way. Put them together in a life and death situation and you get one action packed kick ass story! Don't forget Honor's cinnamon creamer or Nathan's apple pie and things will be just fine ;)...more

Let's break this review down into separate sections, shall we? Perfect! Let's talk about the cover... I'M. IN. LOVE! This cover captures the main character, Sam in all of her perfection!
Characters. I've been a fan of Nichole's ever since I read her book Mortal Obligations (Book 1 in the Dark Betrayal Trilogy). She lets the characters grow into themselves. None of her characters ever feel as though she's forced their growth, attitudes, or persona. The main characters in Suddenly Royal are the same. Sam is fun, loveable and very much her own person. While reading this book, I often pictured Sam's facial expressions in my head and giggled.
Storyline. I'm always a sucker for a book about Princesses (I wanted to be one when I was younger), but I also harbor a healthy bit of skepticism when diving into one. Usually, it's the same old story... just "reworked". NOT WITH THIS BOOK! The storyline is a fresh, new take on this old tale. Sam is the girl that any girl would want to be and the girl that any man would want for his own. An absolute love story for the masses. The only complaint I have about this book is I wish that I could read it again for the first time! It's that darn good!...more

One Tiny Secret is a fast paced read that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Just when your mind processes one twist in the story, author Adam Kunz throws another in your path. I've read a few reviews where the reader figured it out within the first few chapters, but for me... that wasn't the case at all! The person I thought was behind the crazytrain our main character, Dani finds herself on wasn't the person! Holy awesome-balls! I loved this storyline, and the characters! While there is a romance in this story, it's not the main storyline and for a story like this I enjoyed that! Great job, Adam!...more

Just when I thought that I couldn't love Travis anymore... I was wrong! Mrs. McGuire did an absolutely fabulous job with the complexity of this character. Giving us the answers we desperately craved from Travis's POV. On the surface, Travis Maddox is a shallow ladies man. When you peel back his layers, he's a dynamic character. A tattoo'd bundle of emotions. Very easy on the eyes.
I don't think that I can say Walking Disaster was better than Beautiful Disaster or vice versa. They each hold a special place in my literary heart. Just a warning... have lots of tissues on hand for this one folks!
People told me that I wasn't going to enjoy this book. After devouring it in a matter of 48 hours, my response... "Wanna bet?" I'm an author. ContempoPeople told me that I wasn't going to enjoy this book. After devouring it in a matter of 48 hours, my response... "Wanna bet?" I'm an author. Contemporary romance is not usually my thing. I write YA and NA Paranormal Romance/Urban Fantasy. I've always had a hard time reading about events that could actually occur.
But, let me assure you... after reading Beautiful Disaster, I'm now a huge fan of contemp romance!
The authors writing absolutely fit the genre. The characters were well developed with numerous layers and facets. I became attached to Travis and Abby after mere pages, which speaks volumes. The story line was well thought out and completely believable for the age group that it's written about. And, let's be honest... Mrs. Mcguire delivered the one thing that most of us want in a book, a wonderful bad boy to fall in love with!
Walking Disaster releases on my birthday, April 2, and I have my copy pre-ordered and ready to go.

I became a fan of Chloe from The Vampire Hunter's Daughter before I became best friends with her creator, Jennifer Malone Wright. In this installment, as a reader we get to see Chloe grow and evolve into a fierce, protective and smart vampire hunter. At the same time, we are pulled into her budding relationship with her half brother, Zander. The melee between Team Drew and Team Gavin takes an awesome twist during a pivotal moment. I have to say that Alice is quickly becoming a character I crave to read more about with each installment:) I cannot recommend this book, or this series for that matter highly enough! If you haven't met Chloe, get started with The Vampire Hunter's Daughter Part 1. It's always FREE and trust me... you'll get sucked in. Don't be surprised if you find yourself telling your friends... It's always Vampire Hunting Season!...more

I'm once again floored at the caliber of writing this Author offers to the Literary community at large. Willow Cross has the ability to weave magic into her words, providing the reader with a real glimpse into her characters worlds. So much so, that you feel like you are there... experiencing it yourself. Ghost Diaries kept me up at night, yet made me long for the next installment! Kudos to Willow Cross and her new hit series, Ghost Diaries!...more

Being an author myself, I look at every aspect of a book; the style of writing, character development, storyline, plow flow, and most of all timing. Timing is key. This book was superbly written. The characters jump off the page and right into your imagination. They grow, mature right in front of your eyes. The style of writing is easy, yet complex. This is a book that I have avidly recommended to my own fans, and family. Thank you Gena for a wonderfully engaging story with lovable characters and thank you Harlequin Teen for publishing a fabulous book by an amazing author! Well done. ...more
I have to be honest, when I picked this book up... I didn't expect much. It's a short story, and I just wanted something for a "quick" read. However, I have to be honest, when I picked this book up... I didn't expect much. It's a short story, and I just wanted something for a "quick" read. However, let me tell you... this book packs a punch! The writing is fluid, so much so that you (the reader) are able to get completely lost in the story, and for me... it scared the Bejesus out of me! Characters are well-developed, and the plot will have you thinking long after you put this book down. Personally, I slept with the lights on for a few nights :) Awesome job Laura!!...more
