Sleep eluded me last night, when page after page turned into chapters and for the life of me I couldn’t put this down. Such an emotional roller coaster of a book, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
After two decades apart Gabriel & Kierra are in each others orbit again, that soul crushing sadness overwhelmed me when he didn't remember their childhood spent together, from the age of 8 upwards these two were neighbours, until their teens when a tragedy pulled them apart, never to see each other again.
Until her husband hires him..
She remembers everything about him, he was her everything, her soul mate..
Kierra is stuck in a loveless marriage, a man with a brilliant mind who belittles and manipulates her, the only thing keeping her tied to her husband was her daughter Ava who came into her life as a 5 year old, but Kierra loves her like her own.
Gabriel was one of a kind, he couldn't understand the gravitational pull he felt towards Kierra and for the life of him for some reason he couldn't stay away.
It's been a while since I'd picked up a book by this author to read and once I'd started it felt like I was coming back home after a long trip away, that sweet nostalgia feeling hit me as soon as I started reading, and that emotional pull she wrings out of you was definitely there with this book.. I felt all the feels.
The only reason why I didn't rate this 5 stars was I felt like the ending was rushed....more

Up to this point I had no feelings towards any of the guys.. Until now.. Gemini has let his crazy side show itself and OMG I am in love with his wackiness!! No filter means he says whatever pops up in his head, and always at the most inappropriate times, I giggled so much with this book, and I am all here for it..
This wasn’t as long as the previous books but still packed one hell of a punch.
Twists and turns, a cliff hanger that has me begging that this author writes fast because I need to know what happens.
That was then: So I'll be popping that cherry, new to me genre, love this author, soooo here goes, I'm tip toeing in..if I hate it, I hate

Slowly making my way through this series whilst at the same time playing catch up on other books I’ve purchased.
Up until a heart attack took his father's life Rafe had lived in town, upon his father's death Rafe moved back into the compound and took over the daily chores it entailed to keep it fully functioning and in working order.
For just over a year he a contracted out to a government facility which had twenty four hour security, which at the time he found odd but never really questioned it, though he was curious about what was being tested there.
On his way home after work one night he came across a car off the road, Charlotte who also worked at the facility stated that she'd been run off the road by a black SUV, giving her a lift to her place of residence it appeared someone had broken in and had trashed the place. Apon reflection she knows what they were searching for, she's been keeping tabs on the goings on at the lab and has recorded her findings on a flash drive.
Whatever that facility was working on had created a deadly virus. Now the 'Suit' is out to silence everyone working there.
Really enjoying this series, each sibling allocated their own book, each as strong as the other, this pulls you in so easily and not once have I gotten bored. Love how this showcased how the virus started in the lab where Charlotte works
Definitely invested in this series to read to the end. So thankful to whoever recommended this series/author to me. Only niggle I have and this has continued throughout each book to date is the real lack of editing, and the short sentences has made it a challenge at times. ...more

Got to admit though, it'll be my first cherry popping with it being a lesbian inspired book.
This had so much potential but I felt like it was too rushed, everything happened at a record speed, with that being the case I found it hard connecting with these two. Like they met, and before you could even blink they were together, think it was the second night after meeting. Keep in mind one had not been involved with a female before. I just expected a wee bit more to transpire between these two before going further.
I wanted to feel the nervousness, the tiptoeing into unknown chartered waters, I wanted that slow burn to grab ahold of me, sadly this missed the mark. (For me)
Being that this is/was my first lesbian story I wanted to feel what our heroine Eliza should’ve been feeling....more
