I love the quotes at the beginning of each chapter, great play on the Shakespeare sisters family name.
The author is such an elegant writer and I thank her for writing this beautiful story. It's my favourite so far from the Shakespeare Sisters series.
From the way Adam and Kitty meet, I expected their conflict to carry on for a while. So I love how that sweet 'first kiss' just happens, like *mmm....
The background to Adam's story unfolds slowly, keeping you guessing about why he is furious with his brother.
The setting of the snow and mountains is so romantic, and I can see how Kitty and Adam find comfort together as two lonely souls. They were funny and teasing with each other, and Adam is so sweet with her (when he wasn't being grumpy!).
I hope Everett eventually apologises to Kitty!
I wanted more Carrie, it ended too soon for me! I also wanted to jump inside the book cover which I love. I can't wait for Lucy's story. Hope it's set in Scotland and Kitty and Adam show up.😉❤️📚...more

The author let the story move quickly with Connie's plan put in place, instead of being dragged out, like some writers do.
I won't give any spoilers, but the only part of the book I'm not sure about, is how Jen and Scott's problem was resolved. There was another, less intrusive way to resolve it, I think.
An extremely well written and romantic tale with a tasteful edge to it. Highly recommended, as Kerry Heavens writes with class.💜 If you loved Fix You by Carrie Elks, you will love this too.
There is a 3rd book written as a novella, to include all the characters. I look forward to reading this as well....more
I loved this sweet tale of two relatively young people who had both met under interesting circumstances some years before.

The author is one of my few contemporary favourites, and I was not disappointed with this new offering which I highly recommend.
I like how the story developed without it being drawn out unnecessarily, the stubbornness of Cesca, combined with Sam's vulnerability, despite his confidence as a Hollywood actor.
I am a new convert to the delights of Italy and wanted more of it. I actually loved Gabi's character and hope she reappears in future.
I'm trying to make this spoiler free, so I look forward to reading about the rest of the Shakespeare sisters in the next book out later this year. 💜📚...more
