the overall plot was very interesting, a gay and a homophobe stranded on an island? very cool. � tbvh all their months together at the island, paired up with losing hope and just doing what was necessary, i felt so sorry for both of them. they became so codependent of each other and the moments where they'd get anxious or terrified when one of them was gone even for a moment, that was very emotional. Andrew & Logan's story was complicated, but it was really done perfectly. and i'm very excited to read other books by this author!...more

maximus was forced to fuck sara, and then her stupid family and matteo (tf?) blamed him, and sara wasn’t even saying anything at all. like NOTHING. they all treated him like he raped her because he wanted to. he was a victim too.

� mini rant � i've been reading books every day since 2022, without a pause and barely watched anything like i used to. most of the books i've read and loved are irreplaceable, and I haven't been finding books like them. This year, i'm all about binge-watching series while juggling my studies since i'm finally in university now hehe. i'll still read a bit, but keeping the goal small.

tbh, I've already read a review of the Wattpad version (while reading the trilogy), and I was so shocked by all of the past stuff. Aria and Tobias are way too toxic for each other. As for Tobias in EODT, he was amazing. He's gone through the best character development, and this book is not HEA, but Aria and Tobias did get their HEA at the end of EODT and the 'Web of Silence' duet.
side note: 'The Legacy' is coming with Malachi's son and Kade's daughter, and I'm legit sad kahsjs because DAISY DESERVES BETTER!!...more
