Yes yes yes... I love Fredrik Backman. Nobody writes quirky lovable characters like him. I know a few people DNFed this one before getting to far becaYes yes yes... I love Fredrik Backman. You have to let him lead you through the story. He will tie them all together. I think that's what he does best is writes the best of humanity even when they're at what they think is their worst.

As you pick up the book you'll notice that it isn't a very big book and you might think it's just a simple story. And then you'll start to read it and think your first thought is still correct. And in a way you'll be right because it is a simple story about a man and his beloved pet cat. But oh it's so much more, it's so much deeper.
If you're an animal lover and especially a cat lover, read this book! It will make you laugh... It will make you cry....more
