How can I not give this five stars? I'm blown away that it's the first or one of the first books he ever wrote. I also want to say that I never thought I'd find this book scary necessarily based on the subject matter. But you know what? Turns out it's scary as hell. The images of Carrie's grin as she massacres an entire town will give me nightmares for the next few weeks. SK is too damn good....

How's Carrie? A King book under 300 pages!

Really good man. I could easily read this in a day or two if I wanted but King has a way with words that you just want to read it slow and soak it all in. So glad I ditched that 800 page fantasy novel.
Gonna have to read some King soon. Will keep a look out for Carrie to add to my unread collection of King books.
