A wonderfully written debut! Shock full of nightmares, terror, mystery,and murder.
I love the interaction of the group of 12 yr olds we meet from 1986 (reminiscent of the Stand by Me kids).
Every other chapter is from 1986, to present day being 2016, with chapter-ending cliffhangers. You will be completely taken in at the first page!

Excellent review. I almost requested it, but I somehow stopped myself, remembering I read way too many thrillers/mysteries this year.
