Great book! I just love Brian! Have you read the prequel - Unleashed. It's Evan and Kelsey's story. Not as good, but still a gorgeous read.

So glad you enjoyed this book. What a great review. I have been trying to encourage people I know to read this one. I loved it as well!!!

hahaha thats what happens when I'm deprived of reading time for a week lol. 2 books yesterday, and I'm aiming for 2 books today. I'm going to read and its sequel if I like book 1.

Thanks Jojo :) I'm always on the lookout for what I call palate-cleanser books. Just super cute love stories with a HEA and no bad buy. The only other good one I've read so far is

I usually like a bit more intensity to my books.

The kind of books I like are love stories with HEAs and a fair bit of intensity to them. I love if the book can make me cry. And I have low tolerance for stupid decisions, love triangles, cheating etc.

What kind of book are you looking for? Contemporary? Paranormal?

I looked through your books and noticed that you haven't read Thoughtless and Effortless. I'd throw those to the top of my recommend list. Kellan is just *sigh* wonderful!! Those books are among my favs.

It has a bit of a love triangle in book 1 cuz she meets Kellan (who its VERY clear she's supposed to be with) while she's still with her steady boyfriend and she doesn't want to break his heart but it all works out in the end and its kind of about their secret love. And book 2 is just wonderful because the whole triangle issue has been resolved! I'd highly recommend them

I have been curious about the two books you have recommended and now have the extra nudge I need. Thank you. I am having a hard time finding good books after reading Fifty Shades, Gabriel's Inferno, Rock Me, Strangers and Backstage Pass. I have been on the hunt to find either erotica or adult contemporary romance. All must have a hea of course. Any other recs you have would be great. I am adding the two you have recommended to my shelf now.

I have read all the books you mentioned except for Strangers. I know how you feel, I was in the same boat.


I promise Thoughtless/Effortless has a HEA! I'd never ever recommend you a book that didn't have one.

I just finished (amazinggggg) and I'm on book 2 and holy $hit is it intense!!!!!! Gah!!! But I love it!

Yes!! Not in the same way that Brian is though. He's not a bad boy type but you will instantly fall in love with him. And fall more in love as you keep reading. Like I said in the review, it's so wonderful to read characters that are neither stupid nor annoying. He's hot AND smart :)

It's YA but with adult themes. It just doesn't have descriptive sex. It's amazinggggggg!!!! A MUST read !

Lol. It's about the emotion, not the sex. I can't answer that without spoiling stuff. But it's highly emotional. I cried in both books. And it'll keep u turning the pages. Its one of those heart warming/heart racing books. And it's not all that long, definitely worth a read. If you are in the mood for something steamy, it's not that. But it's really really really freaking good :)

I am considering it.

I have already finished Slammed and thought it was a amazing. I am reading the second the book now and am 50% through it already. It is about to kill me with all of the heartache. I have cried twice and I am not a book crier. Thanks for the extra nudge to read it.

I didn't want to put it down because I have to know everything turns out okay however I had to because I needed to sleep. Tonight I will finish.

Hungry is an understatement. I loved the Brandford men as well. The two books kept you completely entertained.

Same here. I loved Brian just a little more than his brother, but I enjoyed both books equally.

I hope she writes more of them :) They are the perfect book for in-between emotional reads. I'm kinda stuck trying to figure out what to read next right now. I think I'm going to take a break tonight and start a new book tomorrow. I've read almost a book a day for the past week :P
