The epilogue was so heartbreaking, I can't find it in me to accept any of this shit.
My worst fear from the previous book was not a nightmare any longer... cos, shit I had seen this one coming mile long like a good old Pisces and just like one, had hoped if I stayed under the rock the problem will just swim away.
Though technically, the story was just fucking awesome. Her main charcters were extraordinarily perfect. But I truly wished there was more interaction between the leads. And finally the big reveal could have been done better. So many months together and they seem to only fuck and petty this and that ..together. It felt repetative at times.
BUT ..it is always a cherry on top 🍒 when author divert their steps from the mainstream and this being one of those rare sight was h.e.a.r.t.i.l.y welcomed.

now that the she has literally kicked the score board, I will be patiently x anxiously be waiting for Casey's story.

Agreed 1000% with everything you said! I can’t wait to see what else she writes although I’m honestly a little worried I won’t be able to enjoy her next book without thinking about Shay and wanting him back 😭

Honestly, same. I really thought for a minute that she might realize how much she loved him regardless of the messed up way it came to be and put a stop to it. I guess that’s just the hopeless romantic in me! But I then again this wouldn’t really be concerned romance I guess. Ugh, Dylan Page sure knows how to get you to feel for someone you know you shouldn’t 😭. On to the next book so I can hopefully start to heal from this. Lol
