5--> 2 stars. That ending was a joke🤡 you seriously sold us this BS and expect me to cry over it🤡🤡🤡🤡 even if I cried, it was due to utter outrage and nothing else. Who turns their character into something else entirely IN THE LAST CHAPTER?
A 180-degree turn in this book reminded me of some shitty thrillers I read a while back that had a dumb yet UnExPeCtEd😜plot twist.
Character development doesn't work that way. Even the open ending would have been better than this tasteless attempt at redeeming the irredeemable

Totally agree. This series shouldn’t be labeled as romance.

Right after I finished the book I was in such a turmoil that this thought was somewhere hidden in my mind, never on the surface. But now I'm forced to agree with ur opinion. It was totally out of character, he is not the one to make a sacrifice 🙄

Jena the series is weird. i dont know how it can be labelled. it's not romance in the true sense of a word but at the same time it doesnt fit other genres😶
I hated the way the Keenan was used as a replacement for Shay and the way the author tries all of sudden to convince us that the herorine loved him
