did not like it
bookshelves: fiction, yuck

Though I loved The Other Boleyn Girl by P. Gregory, I did not enjoy this one. The main character was a complete witch and didn't deserve any sympathy. I only kept reading it so that she would get her cumupins, which she rightly deserved. There was one particular aspect of the book that made my skin crawl and I felt dirty for just reading it. I have really no desire to read the other books in the trilogy if all of them are like this.

Molly Adams Lol I'm sorry but as an avid reader, I have to correct you and let you know that the word you were looking for was "comeuppance" :)

Becky Evidently avid enough to read a five year old book review for spelling errors :-)

Molly Adams It doesn't matter that it's five years old... I just saw the review yesterday... ? So... sorry, just trying to help you not sound stupid... :/

Becky I don't feel stupid. Spelling errors happen...interesting nobody else mentioned it in the 5 plus years the review has been there.

Molly Adams Listen, it was spelled wrong, I was just trying to help... you really seem like one of those defensive people who thinks they're never wrong and wants to shame someone for trying to help them... so go ahead and spell comeuppance like cumupins... it's idiotic...

Molly Adams Also... maybe nobody read the review? You really shouldn't be so defensive of people just correcting your spelling.... you seem like you're feeling dumb about it and have to make me feel bad to feel better yourself!!! And you should! It WAS dumb!!! Gosh.

Becky FYI - five people liked the review and none of those people mentioned the spelling error. Nice people don't try to make themselves feel better by pointing out other people's mistakes. In all my years on Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ I have NEVER seen a comment correcting a review's spelling. It's not goodreads etiquette. I didn't insult your intelligence, so please stop insulting me. I made one spelling error and suddenly I'm an idiot; my college degree would prove otherwise. I am done with this conversation.
