The “impossible thing� for me was persisting beyond three chapters. The humour is forced and remarkable only for its complete inability to inspire so much as a smile. There was no indication that the book could move beyond intensely annoying and unfailingly dreadful.

CanadianReader Yikes is right. The ship had barely moved and I was already seasick.
