Guests have arrived on an island off the coast of Ireland to celebrate a wedding. Every detail has been expertly planned. The groom is a rising television star, the bride is a magazine publisher. Everything is picture perfect, or is it????
The bride � The plus one � The best man � The wedding planner � The bridesmaid � The body
As the guests are celebrating, resentments, secrets and reminiscing occurs. As the night unfolds, someone ends up dead! Who?
I listened to the audiobook and enjoyed it and the various narrators. I also enjoyed how the island itself, felt like a character. It is surrounded by rough waves and internet reception is spotty. This gives a trapped feel to the book. What also worked for me were the various POV of the characters. I found this to be a very nice touch! It added to the mystery for me as I wondered who amongst them could be a killer and who will be the victim?
Lucy Foley has wowed me!
