WHAT THE HECK DID I JUST READ? Just Another Missing Person written by Gillian McAllister literally gave me chills. I absolutely love police procedural shows such as Criminal Minds, so this book definitely gave me those vibes. I have never read this author before, but I was never once disappointed, Gillian McAllister actually DELIVERED with this story. The cover definitely had me fooled, it looks like a beautiful galaxy, but once you actually read this book, you will definitely be surprised. There's so many surprising twists and turns that don't stop until the very last paragraph. Although this story started off a bit slow, it was definitely very entertaining to keep me hooked. If you love Criminal Minds or anything to do with police procedural's, then look no further than Just Another Missing Person. The only minor issue I had with this book was the excessive use of commas in every single sentence, halfway through the book I was used to it, but it drove me nuts because it was very repetitive. After reading this book, I can confirm I now have a fear of being kidnapped. Please please don't let this book slip through your fingers. Thank you to EVERYONE who has reviewed this book, if it wasn't for y'all, I wouldn't have read this twisted book.

I literally had to put a sweatshirt on IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST because I had chills over this book. The criminal at the heart of Olivia's disappearance has straight forward answers for Detective Julia Day. His weapon isn't a gun, or a knife, it's a secret. Julia's worst ever secret. Julia's family's safety depends on one thing, and one thing only, JULIA MUST NOT FIND OLIVIA, JULIA MUST NOT FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO OLIVIA, JULIA MUST FRAME SOMEBODY ELSE FOR OLIVIA'S MURDER. Could the disappearance and murder of Olivia potentially be Julia's fault? After picking out the clues throughout the book, I finally feel like a detective myself, it's okay to have dreams though. I won't lie, I had nightmares after finishing this book. It had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Gillian McAllister definitely knows how to write a dark and twisted story, with dark and twisted characters. Why would someone want to murder someone else over a secret? Just Another Missing Person was so scary it had me screaming out loud.
