I thought this was a solid 4 stars because it made me smile for the last three hours while I was reading this, but then the last 30 or so pages happend and I was crying and laughing and crying and was soooo happy, damn, so 5 stars after all.
I knew I would like this book because I was in the perfect mood for light fluffy romance, but for this simple story to pull me in like this and make me so emotional, well done on the writing.
The book is not overly exceptional now but Lawson and Jack are so cute together. I love the dates Jack pulls out of a hat, I love the scientific background of the plot, and the total acceptance they have for each other from the first moment, all without drama or insecurities.
Nerdy, gorgeous, intelligent, and sassy. God, he just keeps getting better. 🤩
In that perfect moment, the world stopped turning. Nothing existed but him. He left me breathless and dizzy, and certain of one thing. There was more on the menu tonight than just dinner. 🤗
