Right I canâ€™t lie I did not enjoy this one as much as the first one. But I still liked it.

Loved the enemies to lovers of course, and the angry confessions, angry love confessions are just the best.

The smut was okay, and the romance was top tier. Although some scenes had me really struggling to imagine because I felt like it could have been described better.

The plot was a nod for me, I mean itâ€™s obviously going to be guessable because itâ€™s a modern day retelling of Cinderella, I did actually enjoy it.

Not my fav but not my least fav. I feel like a lot more could have been done. The ending was good though, mainly because we got Zella from the first book so I was screaming.

Did love the love interests, why choose is one of my favourite tropes.

â€œIâ€™m in need of a partner in crime. Care to fill the spot?â€� I take a breath. â€œCanâ€™t fill a spot that was already filled. And I took that place years ago, Rafe.â€� His laugh is low. â€œYou did.â€�
