I see why this story is a classic. It's cute, surprising and fun. The story simply makes one smile.
The artwork is cute, nothing really special, but it does tell the story just fine. It's bright and happy.
I love that this little boy helping this mouse is so tuckered out. He just can't keep up with a mouse. I wonder if that would work with my nephew. He watches too much TV , so at bed time, he is very energized. He doesn't get enough movement out during the day. Anyway.
Both kids are begging me to get my bunny so they can play with it. I need to find one already house broken.

I am so glad you enjoyed this book, too Calista. It really is such a classic. And beloved series! Be careful with getting the bunny. They can be so messy, I hear! Enjoy! Lovely review. 🙂

Lovely review. 🙂"Hi Karen, Thanks so much. I will have to look into the rest of the series. I've gotten several books from the library on bunnies and I know they are alot. But the cuteness. I can't stand it.
