Forget you was a good book, but there was a lot of character traits I didn't care for in this one.
The father, for one, was an ass and while I sympathize with Zoey's situation, she bothered me, a lot. I know she's young but she's also very naive and dense.
Doug on the other hand was a good role. I liked his wit and charm and I have to admit he had some good chemistry with Zoey.
The concept was cool and the writing is as always fantastic, but I just didn't love this one as much as Echols other books.

Arlene Kinda sorta feeling the same way you did about this book. I'll be done with it tonight.

~Tina~ I dunno, this one just didn't do it for me. I liked it, which is what the problem probably is. I'm use to LOVING Echols books.

wonder what I would think of this one I love all of Jennifer Echols books

~Tina~ You'll probably like it more then me. I have a thing with characters once I'm overly annoyed. I did like the book, I just wish I loved it.

Nic Zoey is nowhere near as awesome as Meg from Going Too Far. I didn't mind her because by the end she had finally started to grow up but I can see that she will annoy some people. Good review.

Hope, I agree with Tina you might like it. I gave it 4 stars.

~Tina~ I really loved Meg, she was a very complex character but we could see her (and him) growing a little through out the story so it was more compelling:)
Your right though, Zoey I liked more towards the end but I think the damage was already done to me. I was going to give it a 4star but in the end it was just a 3.5.
I wonder what she'll come up with next? :D

Kim I probably wouldn't have read this if I didn't own a copy. But I do, so I'm reading it ^^

Andrea guess I'll set my sights on Going Too Far instead!

~Tina~ Going to Far was an awesome book! I hope you like it Andrea!

Kim, I'm curious to how you'll like this one:)

Terri Shirer Loved...Going Too Far! Much better than Forget You. You were right about Zoey's dad. He was ridiculous.

~Tina~ I felt like punching him. Such a jerk!

Terri Shirer I am so with you on that..There was no resolve on that issue..or why he really acted the way he did. What other books of hers would you recommend?

~Tina~ Exactly, which really bothered me:(

My favorite is Going Too Far, it was such a great book and the most in-depth IMO.
I've also read her lighter fluff books like Endless Summer which has the first book, The Boys Next Door added with this sequel.
I've also read her The Ex Games which was super cute.
The only book I still need to get is Major Crush XD
I didn't hate this one, but compared to the rest it was just okay:)

Terri Shirer I got you..I am reading the Fever series at the moment..Love it! Much different then these stories, of course. However, Thank you so much for the recommendations..I will put them on my TRL....I agree..Going Too Far was the best..I have read it three times...I couldn't help myself...lol.

~Tina~ I've heard good things about the Fever series, I have to look into those soon:)
SOOO many books, so little time;)

Terri Shirer HAHA..So true! They are really good..you should definitely check them out.
