You have some good classics on your list, Blarneygod. Hope you enjoy your reading this year.
I am waiting for the library to determine my own list. (I requested the books listed as SEARCH.)

And... I'm off to a flying start, my first LOST book read! *sigh* I'm good at flying start but do not have the will to sustain it lol
Well, I heard back from the library, and, so far, they have found three of the five SEARCH books. I picked them up yesterday and have adjusted my post (#2) to reflect this. Since they are borrowed from other libraries outside of our region, I will need to make those books a priority as they cannot be renewed and the fine is substantial ($1/day). This should help me make a big dent in my LOST 2016 list.

Good luck, Bea! It's so hard even prioritising library loans! How long is the loan period usually? It's 3 weeks for us...

For these other library loans, it varies. One is due 1/25, one 1/28 and the third 2/4. So the good thing is that they are staggered.

Oops, Bea. I just noticed you didn't reserve a space to put the links to everyone's shelf. Were you planning to just use your first message for that?

I forgot to do that. Sure, I can put it in the first post. I will need to learn how to do it. Can you message me the method of connecting to a particular post?

I think most of those books on my list are fantasy books.
I hope too there will be some good ones among them.

Have tried again and not working still. I had the same trouble in another group and had to make another shelf. Might need to try the same. That, or I am having issues with Firefox again ...
My LOST list is now completely created (post #2). The librarian said that the remaining two books did not seem to be owned by any library, so I have substituted two other books.

Lusie wrote: "I have finished reading one of the books on my lost shelve! It was an easy read about a store for used books."

Actually, I just finished the second one also, which was a fast cozy mystery read. The first book read was about a North Korea spy who was living in South Korea and was written by a Korean author. I liked it and found much of the writing interesting...but not a book I really enjoyed like the second one.

I've only recently acquired the whole set of Evernight series. A friend was spring cleaning so I couldn't resist when it's the full set :p
You look like you've got a variety of genre there on your list -good luck! :)
