So to help with my Raven Cycle series hangover, I grabbed something really light to read.
. That seemed to work, especially since I had read these novellas before although to be honest, I barely remember reading them. Whoops.
I'm heading out to BookCon in a few hours! So I'm obsessing right now over which books to bring to be signed. ;)

I'm planning to read The Martian soon too. I've been meaning to read it for some time, and it's one of the books of the month on another group I'm on, so I'm hoping to read it before the month is out.

I've read it twice. One of my absolute favorite books!
Guess who I was with today and we saw Justin Cronin and I got my book autographed? I was with Karen!
Silly us didn't get our pictures taken with him.

That's always the best, when you end up liking a book you didn't think you'd like or couldn't seem to get through before :)

Strings is a good choice!
Having both read the eBook and listened to the audiobook, I can tell you that it's amazing as an eBook, and even more awesome as an audiobook!

Since I do have to wait, however, I read The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, and then started The Martian.

I've read three of the four books. Book two, to me, is the best so far in my opinion. Gotta get my hands on that Raven King. The series is great, I just really reeeeeaally hope it ends strong.

I hope it ends strong too. Either way, I'm dying to read the rest of the series, and can't wait until I can grab copies of the other books.

In my opinion, the series ended fantastic. I can't think of a better way that she could have written The Raven King--it's still one of the best series I've read. And after finishing them all, I will say that book two is the best. :)
When you guys finish, hop on over to the buddy read thread and tell us all what you think! :)

Will do... Might be a few weeks though, since I need to wait until I can buy copies before I can read them. (Hence the pouting, LOL!)

Ditto!
I'd end up living in what would essentially be a library with a small kitchen and bathroom. Oh, and an area set aside for writing, of course. I won't worry about a bed... I'll have comfy reading spaces anyway, so I'll just curl up and sleep wherever I happen to be when I get too sleepy to read any more. ;)

I'm still working my way through

Nancy and I did get a picture together with Scott Sigler though. I'll post to the Author Sightings thread sometime this week! :)

For the first few pages I was like "yeah, OK... It's not bad, but I don't get what the big deal is." Then it started to pick up. Now I'm loving it, and the only reason I haven't finnished it yet was because it got to about 2:00 am, I really needed sleep, and haven't had time to put my Kindle back on today. LOL!
