I just joined goodreads about a week ago. It's wonderful to see so many readers and authors. I'm a Kindergarten teacher and I recently published a book called Crossroads-young adult. I'm currently doing a give away.
Nice to meet all of you!

On the writing side, I've written several adult thrillers, and have just released my first middle school/tween novel (HERE COMES MR. TROUBLE). I know that's not really the focus here, but wondering if you all have suggestions on where I might go to find folks interested in reviewing it, and, perhaps, which discussion groups would be the most appropriate. Thanks in advance!
Now off to catch up on some of the discussions.
Brett

I'm an adult but I love to read YA books. My favorite are the Twilight Series and I just got into the Hunger Games. I read the first book, but haven't moved on to the second book yet. I am a 1st and 2nd grade teacher and I LOVE to read!!!
Welcome Brett. Feel free to create a thread in the Author section titled whatever you want (Help - Need Reviewers or New Book, whatever you would like). Otherwise just use one of the threads in the author section already created. Thanks!
Welcome Lyndsey!!
Welcome Lyndsey!!

Recently got myself a Kindle and am finding myself chipping away with too many books at one time...but I'm totally loving it!
Anyhow, nice to meet you all. I already see many familiar faces! :)

Hello everyone,
My name is Nicholas and I'm new to the group. I've been on goodreads for a couple of years now and thought I should start participating in more of these groups.
I live in Ohio and have been reading more and more these days (especially since I decided to go back to school)
When I'm not writing, I find myself using my Nook more and more for either horror, YA, or just a great classic.
Nicholas.
