Screw you Edward. Jacob hasn't done anything to you and yet somehow you've decided you don't like him because he occupied Bella's time for a little bit? That's so creepy and controlling.

And even as we reach the climax we're robbed because our narrator just passes out.

I was hoping that with the absence of Edward things might actually get interesting. I was wrong and didn't think it possible for Bella to shut down any further as a person.

Sad. Bella tears up a moment ago about having to leave Emmett who she just met, but not a single tear for poor Charlie.

The plot has arrived to interrupt vampire baseball which sadly is the only interesting thing event so far. Too bad the plot couldn't arrive early and interrupt Bella and Edward's endless sessions of giggling and sniffing each other.

Given what Billy said to Bella she's being a bit more hostile than needed.

I don't know why Edward is so pissy about the Black family. They aren't really telling Bella anything he himself hasn't already told her. That the Cullen clan is potentially dangerous ect ect...

For a brief moment I think something resembling a plot appeared in this chapter and then vanished as quickly as it came. *sobs*

Where did Charlie suddenly get the idea that Bella was going to sneak out? So much so that he detached her battery cables? I mean I can see him being a bit curious about what was with her the night before but not dismantling car level of curious and worried. Maybe Bella's just so bland any level of emotion is suspicious.

Another pointless chapter of spouting off poetic ramblings of love for one another. Only this time in Bella's bed.
