Listened to the library audio on recommendation from a friend and then just had my own copy (and one for the friend) delivered today. Looking forward to reading it again. I need the laughs amid life’s current heartbreaks. Keep writing...

As someone who is from Michigan I am curious on where your inspiration came from with the donut shop underwear man. My sister once went to a donut shop here in Holland MI and the old man was wearing nothing but his boxers. He did put a little apron on when he served them their donuts. She said and I quote “there is only one piece of fabric between me and his dingaling.�� Loving the book so far!
