I loved Mark and Gordo as characters in the first book and was looking forward to their story.
I'm happy to say that it didn't disappoint in any way. I really liked them just as much, I only wish there was more of them together.
The writing style was wonderful. I couldn't help but noticing how different it was from the previous book, now that we were no longer in Ox's head. It really suited Gordo's character so well.
I loved all the side characters. The good ones, of course. Chris, Rico, Tanner and Carter were so much fun, I absolutely loved their dialogues. I'm ready for Kelly and Robbie's story.

I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only one jolted by the change in mood between books 1 & 2. For me Ox's head is so much more a comfortable place to be than Gordo's But ya gotta love Chris, Rico, Tanner and crew.

And the characters in this series are the best. 🙂

This series had been on my TBR mountain for a long time. I don't know why I keep putting it off. I'll have to bump it up on my radar and read it soon. I am glad it's been a hit with you! Great review, Snjez💜
